Your role

As a Junior SCADA Specialist, you will work closely with our experienced SCADA engineers to implement, configure, and maintain OneView systems for wind and solar assets around the world. You will gain hands-on experience with modern SCADA technologies while contributing to real renewable energy projects. The role offers a clear development path toward becoming a full SCADA Specialist as your technical skills grow.

We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career in automation, IT, or industrial control systems and is eager to develop their knowledge of SCADA technologies and communication protocols. You enjoy working with technical systems, solving engineering challenges, and learning from experienced colleagues. At the same time, you are motivated to grow in an international and innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

As a Junior SCADA Specialist, you will work under the guidance of senior colleagues and support them in the following areas:

System Implementation & Configuration

• Assisting with the implementation and configuration of OneView systems for wind farms, solar farms, substations, and customer devices.

• Supporting the configuration of basic system components such as meters, loggers, and network elements.

• Assisting with the integration of OneView with external automation systems.

Testing & Technical Support

• Supporting system testing, updates, and troubleshooting activities while learning how SCADA systems are implemented and maintained in real projects.

• Assisting in diagnosing technical issues and supporting senior engineers during problem solving.

Documentation & Project Work

• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, including SAT documentation, network layouts, IP plans, passwords, and other project-related materials.

• Working closely with the team to ensure high-quality delivery of project solutions.

Your background

• Basic understanding of industrial automation, networks, or databases, and an interest in learning SCADA systems and related technologies.

• Familiarity with communication protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, or IEC101/104 is an advantage.

• Strong motivation to learn new technologies and develop technical skills.

• Any previous internship, university project work, or practical experience with automation systems, PLCs, networking, or IT infrastructure will be considered an advantage.

• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn from experienced specialists.

• Good command of Windows operating systems and general computer skills.

• Good communication skills and the ability to interact with customers when needed.

• Good English language proficiency.
