Your role

As OT & SCADA Solution Manager, you will lead and develop a specialized consultancy delivery function focused on enterprise customers within the energy sector. The role sits at the intersection of customer engagement, solution design, delivery management, and commercial development.

You will take ownership of key stakeholder relationships, help shape future consultancy offerings, and ensure customers receive technically strong and commercially relevant solutions. Success in the role requires the ability to navigate complex customer environments, understand specialized technical domains, and translate customer challenges into scalable consultancy services.

Working closely with consultants, sales, operations, HR, and leadership, you will help strengthen and scale a highly specialized consultancy setup while ensuring strong customer value, high utilization, and long-term collaboration with key enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Take over and further develop relationships with enterprise customers, acting as a trusted technical and commercial partner

• Ensure extension and continuity of relevant customer engagements and consultancy assignments

• Manage resource planning and staffing across projects by matching consultant capabilities with customer and project requirements

• Drive high utilization across the consultancy portfolio while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction

• Identify customer needs and translate them into commercially viable OT and SCADA consultancy offerings

• Define and mature future service offerings aligned with market needs, customer demands, and Opoura’s strategic positioning

• Design, scope, and commercialize tailored solutions for enterprise customers in close collaboration with technical specialists and sales

• Communicate complex technical and commercial solutions clearly across both technical and business stakeholders with different priorities and agendas

• Lead and support highly specialized consultants while contributing to a strong and collaborative delivery culture

Your background

We are looking for a commercially minded and technically credible leader who thrives in customer-facing environments and enjoys working closely with specialized consultants and complex solutions. You combine leadership capabilities with a pragmatic approach and understand how to create value in technically demanding consultancy environments.

• Experience leading highly specialized technical professionals or consultancy teams

• Strong ability to build relationships and create trust with enterprise customers and stakeholders

• Commercial understanding and experience working with consultancy services, solution sales, or technical delivery environments

• Experience with OT, SCADA, cybersecurity, platform architecture, or other complex technical solution domains

• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience from the energy sector or similar infrastructure-heavy industries is considered a strong advantage

• Relevant educational background within IT, software, engineering, computer science, or related technical disciplines

• Fluency in Danish and English
