Senior Sales Manager - Digital Service

We’re looking for an experienced, high-performing Senior Sales Manager to lead business development efforts in our Digital Services consulting unit, with a strong focus on Software development, Platform Engineering, Solution Architecture, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure. Reporting directly to the EVP of Digital Services (based in Denmark), you will be the driving force in generating new sales opportunities and expanding key client relationships - supporting our clients’ success in the fast-evolving landscape of the energy transition.
Your role
As Senior Sales Manager in our Digital Services Business Unit, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the market. You’ll leverage our deep expertise within Digital Services to identify opportunities, engage stakeholders, and position our business as a leader in digital solutions.
You’ll collaborate closely with technical experts and cross-functional teams to align customer needs with our cutting-edge capabilities in the energy and OT/IT sectors.
Key responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in Digital services
Drive customer acquisition to grow and diversify the client base
Collaborate with technical teams to translate client needs into tailored, value-driven solutions
Lead client discussions and position Digital Services as a trusted partner in areas such as Software development, Platform Engineering, Solution Architecture, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure
Monitor market trends to uncover new business opportunities and refine go-to-market approaches
Prepare and present proposals, lead negotiations, and ensure alignment with customer expectations and company strategy
Your background
We are looking for a commercially driven "hunter" profile who is passionate about business development and eager to make an impact in the renewable energy space.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Proven sales success—ideally within the renewable energy sector (wind, solar, BESS, hybrid)
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build opportunities from the ground up
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach
Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language
Coming with experience within consultancy sales or sales of services will be preferred
It is an advantage if you are driven by relationship sales and can bring your own network within renewables into play
