At Opoura, we’re expanding our Digital Services Business Unit and looking for an Operations Manager who will play a key role in supporting our project execution, consultancy operations and customer onboarding. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing, coordinating, and driving high-quality delivery processes in a fast-moving, consultancy-driven environment.
Your role
As our new Operations Manager, you will help drive and maintain operational excellence across our service delivery activities. You will collaborate with project managers, consultants, engineering teams, and sales to support the smooth and efficient execution of projects and services.
This is a non-managerial role with significant cross-functional exposure. You will be hands-on with process execution and support, documentation, tracking, reporting, and internal coordination. Thus, ensuring that our customers experience a seamless journey and that our internal teams are empowered to deliver value.
Your main responsibilities as our Operations Manager will be to:
- Facilitate operational processes related to capacity planning and delivery management of consultancy engagements and recurring services
- Coordinate and support the onboarding of new customers, ensuring documentation, tools, and internal resources are in place
- Track service delivery progress and project milestones, and assist in reporting status updates to stakeholders, preparing summaries for management and team review. Also utilizing these insights to provide input to the forecasting process.
- Assist with internal tooling, workflow optimizations, and cross-team coordination to support the scaling of digital services
- Provide operational feedback to enhance service offerings and improve customer experiences.
Your background
You are structured and eager to take initiative and execute. You are someone who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys working in a clear and organized manner.
You might have experience in operations, planning, project support, or digital consulting and are now seeking to deepen your role in delivering value within a growing business unit.
To be successful in this position, you:
- Most likely have 3–5 years of experience in operations, service delivery, or business support.
- Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and navigating diverse priorities.
- Are confident using digital tools including Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems, AI assistants and project management platforms.
- Have experience in, or exposure to, software and engineering consultancy or digital services.
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
- Enjoy working across cultures and thrive in a dynamic international setting.
