At Opoura, we develop and deliver SCADA and control solutions used to operate wind farms, solar plants, and hybrid energy systems. Our Customer Onboarding team is responsible for turning signed contracts into working systems at customer sites. This is where project management plays a key role in ensuring that plans are translated into real, working solutions.
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Wroclaw and take ownership of projects for German-speaking clients. The role sits close to both customers and delivery teams and requires a structured approach to coordination, communication, and execution.
Your role
The role focuses on managing project execution from kickoff to delivery. This includes planning, coordination, and follow-up across internal teams and external stakeholders.
You will work closely with engineers, customers, and suppliers to ensure that projects are delivered as agreed. The role requires structure, clear communication, and the ability to maintain progress even when conditions change. You will be supported by experienced colleagues in a structured setup with a growing focus on self-managed teams and clear ownership across projects.
Your main responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for keeping projects structured and moving forward from kickoff to delivery. This includes planning, coordination, and follow-up across teams and stakeholders.
In practice, this involves:
Planning and maintaining project timelines, deliverables, and overall progress
Coordinating activities across internal teams and external stakeholders
Managing project scope, budgets, and change requests
Ensuring deadlines are met and commitments are delivered
Identifying and managing project risks, including mitigation and contingency planning
Acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders and managing expectations
You will also contribute to improving how projects are executed by monitoring performance, working within established frameworks and tools, and driving lessons learned across projects.
The role is based in Wroclaw and does not require travel.

Manage projects independently and take responsibility for outcomes
Communicate clearly with both technical teams and customers
Keep momentum in projects, even when priorities shift
Handle changes in scope and requirements in a structured way
Balance planning with practical execution
Your background
You bring experience from project management in a technical or engineering environment and are comfortable working across teams and cultures.
We expect that you:
Have solid experience managing projects independently
Hold a recognized PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or similar)
Have strong communication and coordination skills
Take a proactive and structured approach to problem-solving
Are able to prioritize and adapt when conditions change
Communicate fluently in German, Polish, and English
A technical background or experience within renewable energy is an advantage, but not a requirement.
