Customer Onboarding is where our customers experience whether we live up to our promises. To strengthen that experience, we’re hiring a Director of Operations to drive and scale our onboarding processes for new customers within the Software Business Unit. This role will bring greater consistency across locations, accelerate time-to-value, and improve day-to-day operational oversight within our delivery team.
The role
Reporting to the VP of Operations, you'll be accountable for global customer onboarding operations. Your responsibility, in collaboration with other stakeholders, is building the foundation for a scalable, efficient project setup that supports our rapid international growth, starting in Poland and expanding to other locations. You’ll shape how we enable project leads to deliver consistently and with impact as we grow rapidly year over year.
It’s a strategic role with a global scope, focused on creating the structure, tools, and practices that enable teams to succeed across locations and project types. While you’llstay close to delivery, your focus will be on driving long-term value.
Key responsibilities
Standardize scalable onboarding processes aligned with new project flows and customer expectations
Improve resource planning, utilization, and workload transparency across locations
Enable self-managed teams to operate effectively with clear KPIs and incentives
Drive continuous improvement using LEAN and track KPIs such as onboarding lead time, utilization, delivery adherence, and CM%
Strengthen governance and handovers across teams and stakeholders, and remove bottlenecks early

Delivery performance and team utilization are visible, balanced, and steadily improving
Your teams feel aligned and supported, with KPIs that are trusted and actively used
Lasting improvements support scalability and strengthen contribution margin
Your background
You bring a proven track record from operations, onboarding, implementation, or delivery of leadership in complex customer environments. You understand how to manage change, meet customer needs, and keep complex timelines on track. You value structure, clear handovers, and measurable results. You're a strong communicator who works well across cultures and levels, and you're comfortable getting things done.
Strong background with 8+ years of experience in operations and project delivery, including team leadership
Proven track record in building scalable processes and improving execution through KPIs
Experience driving change in dynamic or fast-growing environments
Good understanding of early-stage software deployments, including pre-production readiness or similar environments where technical delivery must be operationalized
Confident working with international teams and managing complex customer stakeholders
Fluent in English and open to regular travel as needed
