Senior Sales Manager – Nordics & UK

The role
We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to accelerate our growth across the Nordics and take part in strategic opportunities in the UK. You will own the full sales cycle, build pipeline, and close high-value deals in an environment where commercial execution matters.

Key responsibilities
Build and convert pipeline across the Nordics
Secure new logos and scale revenue with focus on high-value accounts
Lead long and complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first contact to signature
Position Opoura as a strategic SCADA & Control partner and challenge customer thinking
Support UK opportunities where we see commercial momentum
Deliver sharp forecasting and maintain strong CRM hygiene
Work tightly with Product, Marketing & Delivery to ensure successful handover and long-term value
The ideal candidate
5+ years of B2B solution sales experience
Proven track record of closing complex deals
Ability to engage C-level and influence decisions
Strategic thinker with strong commercial instinct
CRM discipline and analytical approach to pipeline
Fluent English - Nordic language an advantage
Willingness to travel across the Nordics and the UK (up to 40–50 days per year)
What success looks like
A healthy and progressing pipeline within 6–12 months
Consistent new-logo wins and expansion of market presence
Reliable forecasting and structured CRM usage
Recognition as a key commercial contributor in the region
