At Opoura, we deliver SCADA software and control solutions that help energy companies optimize and manage renewable energy assets across wind, solar, and battery storage. We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to take ownership of that growth journey.
This is not a traditional account management role. You will be responsible for opening new customer relationships, building pipeline, and driving strategic commercial development across the Nordic market. You will work with proven solutions, strong technical teams, and a recognized industry position, while having the autonomy to shape how we grow.

The role
You will play a focal role in growing Opoura’s commercial presence in the Nordic market by opening new customer relationships, building pipeline, and converting market potential into long-term business.
You will have an important impact on the future market strategy for the region, by defining where to play and how to play. You are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, while working closely with Solution Engineering and other technical specialists to position our solutions in complex sales processes.
You will engage with both new and selected existing customers across the Nordic market, with success measured by your ability to secure new business and drive Opoura’s continued growth in the region.
Your main responsibilities
Build and convert pipeline across the Nordics
Secure new logos and scale revenue with focus on core customer segments
Grow existing key accounts
Lead long and complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first contact to signature
Position Opoura as a strategic SCADA & Control partner and challenge customer thinking
Deliver sharp forecasting and maintain strong CRM hygiene
Work tightly with Solution Engineering, Marketing & Customer Onboarding (Project Management) to ensure successful handover and long-term value

You bring a strong commercial mindset and are motivated by building new business and creating results. You take ownership of your work and are comfortable operating with a high degree of independence.
We imagine that you bring:
3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on new business and pipeline creation
Proven ability to open new customer relationships and progress opportunities to closed deals
The ability to engage both commercial and technical stakeholders
Experience from renewable energy, industrial, or energy-related industries is an advantage
Experience working across markets or in an international setup is beneficial
Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language
